Placing an Order
Shopping online with us is easy and secure. You can place an order online by using our
Purchase Order Form. Once you finish you may continue submit and it will go directly to
our database. Any order received before 3pm (Pacific Standard-time) will be queued for
same day shipment.
You can also place order by calling us at (213) 629-4300 or by faxing a printed Order
Form to (213) 629-0052. Please make sure to include price, item numbers & yardages
associated with each stretch fabric.
FREE swatch/sample fabric
If you wish to check the quality of our fabrics, we offer free sample service within US
(international addresses require a small shipment fee). Simply fill out our Sample Request
form with the item number you are interested.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You can also
pay by C.O.D if you have ordered from us before. All C.O.D payment must be certified
check or money order. UPS requires extra $9-10 for C.O.D service.

will take to receive an item is determined by the shipping option you choose. You can easily find delivery
date by following method: Order Processing (0-2 days) + Shipping method (1-5 days depending on your
choice) = delivery time.
Return policy (modified Jan '09)
If, for any reason you wish to return our fabric, you can do so within 5 days of receipt. To authorize a
return, please call our customer support first. Triple Textile will pay for domestic return shipping charge.
Original shipping charge however is non-refundable. For exchange, you would need to pay for the second
shipment.
For international orders, customers must export to our facility at their expense.
